Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated through your interaction with our website and services.
When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
When you submit a concierge request, we collect the details you choose to share — including service type, dates, destinations, preferences, party size, budget range, and any notes relevant to the experience you would like us to coordinate.
To plan and book travel on your behalf, we may collect legal names as they appear on government identification, dates of birth, gender, passport details, frequent flyer and loyalty program numbers, seating and dietary preferences, accessibility needs, traveling companion details, and emergency contact information.
For horse show clients, we may collect rider, trainer, and exhibitor information, horse names and registration numbers, association memberships (AQHA, APHA, NSBA, NRHA and others), class entries, stall and RV requirements, hauling logistics, and show-specific documentation.
You may upload supporting documents through the client portal — passports, identification, vaccination records, coggins, registration papers, insurance documents, or other materials necessary to complete your bookings. These documents are stored securely and used only for the purposes you authorize.
Payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, maintain your session, and understand how visitors use the site. We use privacy- respecting analytics to measure page views, traffic sources, and overall site performance. You can disable cookies through your browser, though some features of the site may not work as intended.
